Picture this: you open the door to the lobby of your brand new condo building. At the end of the hall, there is a stairway. But instead of taking the stairs, you step into your PRIVATE ELEVATOR that takes you directly to your penthouse apartment -a 1,555 square foot three-bedroom, three-bathroom duplex.
So, you take your private elevator up to your penthouse apartment. It opens right into your foyer, where you hang your coat in the closet, turn on the music from the wall-mounted iPad that is hooked up to the sound system and intercom, and wash your hands in the bathroom that is cleverly also in the foyer. To the right, a primary suite that will melt your heart- because of its spacious layout, double closets, sunset facing balcony, and en-suite bathroom. Next door, the second bedroom - also spacious and has a large closet, and space for a Queen bed (at least). You head to the South Eastern end of the home, to your 25ft wide living room that requires sunglasses in the morning because it is so bright. Two exposures including a sliding glass door to the balcony.
In the kitchen, which is covered with Travertine stone, you place your groceries on the counter and you think to yourself- I thought I bought more than that? But then you realize it is because this counter is big enough for Goliath himself to sleep on, so it naturally makes your bags (which were heavy and cumbersome in your arms, thank goodness you have a private elevator) look small. Your Fisher Paykel fridge holds all of the food you bought, and the wine fridge has space for the 10 bottles you brought home. Fire up the gas oven (which has a vented hood), and start cooking. The dishes are loaded into the Bosch dishwasher, and you head to the balcony off of the living room to take a deep breath of fresh air.
You come back inside, and walk up the stairs (sorry, only one set, no elevator to this level) to the 3rd bedroom. You step into your walk-in closet for a costume change, check your reflection in the mirror of your full bathroom with tiled walk-in shower, and then go to the balcony (yes, a 3rd balcony) to watch the sun set and enjoy a quiet moment.
Could life get better than this? Unlikely. This apartment is HUGE, and has everything you need including closets galore, built in shelving in the bathrooms, an in-unit washer & dryer, and the largest living room on the market. Truly. 25 feet wide. WHAT?! Oh- a storage unit in the basement. Also that.
